Our leveling methods and recommendations have proven to significantly slow down the sinking/shifting process for any sized mobile homes for Canadian homeowners to have peace of mind while protecting their major lifetime  investments. Strategic pier placement

Cement block piers consist of standard sized 4"x4"x8" cinder blocks and wood shims strategically placed at our recommended 6ft-8ft along each side of your home's frame for maximum support and even distribution of the homes' weight throughout the entire support system. Patio stones are also used as a base to cinder blocks to ensure the ground is leveled and to further help to slow down the shifting/sinking process your home experiences with our Canadian winter thaws and melting snow that causes the ground to become soft. After a harsh Canadian winter and the melting snow in Spring, the ground is absorbs large amounts of water and moisture. This is when most mobile homes tend shift or sink and become unlevel.

Enhance the stability of your home using patio stones as a base for the piers.

Using patio stones as bases for the cement block piers enhances your homes' stability and support and significantly helps slow down the homes' sinking/shifting process. Owning a home is one of life's major investments The patio stone base provides long-term support and stability for the entire family to be able to truly call it their "Safe Place".

The Cement Piers can be used without patio stones as a base, however its not recommended. If there's no patio stone base for the cement piers, it obviously won't help with slowing down the homes' speedy sinking process as much as cement piers with a patio stone base would be. Using patio stones as a base ensures that the ground is leveled before placing the cement block piers and over time the homes' sinking/shifting process will be reduced... significantly!

Patio stone based piers also prevent the cinder blocks from crumbling or cracking under the pressure of the homes' weight ...Placing the cement piers approximately 6ft-8ft apart and along both sides of the homes' frame and using a patio stone base gives the home an even weight distribution throughout the entire support system.

Addressing ground conditions

We account for all possible types of the ground of which the home rests upon when releveling any home to ensure its done right to help slow down the homes' sinking/shifting process overtime. These ground types include dirt, gravel, sand, concrete pads and concrete pillars or footings, all of these types of ground will implement how we relevel your home the best and the most effective we can to provide the proper support system for your home that would evenly distribute the homes' weight throughout.
